现因业务发展需要,招聘以下精英:

采购副主管

1、负责餐饮事业部所有采购需求;对新产品供应商进行资源的开发;

2、对新供应商品质体系状况的评估及认证,以保证供应商的优良性;

3、与供应商的比价、议价谈判工作;

4、对旧供应商的价格、产能、品质、交期的审核工作,以确定原供应商的稳定供货能力;

5、及时跟踪掌握原材料市场价格行情变化及品质情况,以其提升产品品质及降低采购成本;

6、采购计划编排、物料之订购及交期控制;

7、与供应商以及其他部门的沟通协调等;

任职要求:

1、有过3年以上的采购相关经验;

2、善于沟通,有较强的原则性;

3、英语或菲语能做为工作语言;

 

采购专员

1、协助采购主管进行采购方面的工作;

2、管理采购合同及供应商文件资料,建立供应商信息资源库;

3、协助采购经理进行供应商的联络、接待工作;

4、摸索、量化工作绩效指标,记录并不断改善;

5、完成领导交办的其他任务;

任职要求:

1、有工程部采购的相关经验,熟悉本地采购渠道。能快速的对接工程需求;

2、善于沟通,有较强的原则性;

3英语或菲语能做为工作语言;

 

初级会计兼出纳

岗位职责:

1、严格执行现金管理制度,遵守财务报销审批制度﹐管理好公司的存款、现金、支票、发票、有价证券及财务印鉴;

2、认真审核原始凭证及各种票证,办理银行存款、现金、外汇等收支结算业务;

3、编制收支记帐凭证,登记银行存款及现金日记帐,做到日清月结﹐与总帐核对相符﹐帐款核对相符;

4、掌握好存款余额﹐避免透支﹐及时与银行对帐﹐做出调节表﹐解决未达帐项;

5、随时提供资金需求信息﹐有计划地运用存款及现金资源;

6、处理日常员工报销;

7、根据公司要求编制现金周报、月报及现金流量表﹐编制统计报告。

任职要求:

1、会计、财务等专业,本科以上学历;

2、工作经验在2年以上

3、对金蝶、用友等财务软件非常熟悉;

 

总裁助理(项目方向)

岗位职责:

1、协助总裁处理各业务板块的协调与沟通,关系维护与信息对接;

2、协助总裁参与事务性项目的洽谈,收集关联行业业务信息,提供依据和分析意见;

3、撰写邮件、公文、报告等各种文件;总裁签发文件管理,文件信息上传下达工作;

4、协助总裁处理各部门每月业绩指标情况,已经跟踪和审核后续业绩指标完成情况;

5、负责相关拜访人员的接待,在需要的场合担任翻译;

6、协助总裁安排日常工作行程、差旅安排等,安排好业务会议并做好会议记录。

7、熟悉业务管理,能够协助总裁制定各业务部门每个阶段工作计划,监督、检查项目的执行情况、计划的实施情况,以确保各项工作顺利推进;

任职要求:

1、行政管理、企业管理、新闻传播等相关专业本科以上学历;

2、具有一定的公关经理、高管助理或秘书工作经验;

3、至少5年以上独立项目管理经验,能够协调各方面的关系;

4、具有良好的商务礼仪素质,形象端庄得体,综合素质好,语言表达能力强;

5、具有良好的沟通协调及公关能力,能够组织、策划、安排相关会务,并能准确地进行会议记录和整理;

厨师

1、有3年以上工作经验,初中以上文化;

行政翻译 (餐饮部)

岗位职责:
1
、负责餐厅日常翻译申购及外勤采购等;

、负责菲籍员工的管理沟通;
3
、能够及时的应对餐厅的各种突然情况。
岗位要求:

、大专及以上学历;

、中英文沟通无碍,会菲语优先考虑;

外联物业经理

1、负责政府关系相关工作,拓展和维护政府资源;

2、负责公司与政府有关的日常沟通和往来(包括日常接待、会议参与等),建立双方稳定长效的沟通交流渠道;

3、熟悉菲律宾华人公司牌照问题,懂得处理紧急情况,懂得如何规避风险;

4、开展合理有效的公众关系调查,并且能够及时有效的去对企业的对外公关宣传政策进行合理的调整。

  

仓库管理

1、根据公司的生产能力,确定原材料及产品的标准库存量。英语能日常沟通

、及时与生产部和市场部沟通,保证生产用原材料的库存供给和市场部发送产品所需的库存供给。

、定期编制采购物品的入货台账、退货台账及库存台账,报送财务部和生产部。
4
、定期编制产品入库、出库及库存台账,送生产部和财务部。
5
、组织人员保证材料库及成品库的仓储环境,确保库存产品或材料的材质不变。
6
、制定并实施材料库及成品库的管理制度和管理方法。

 

酒店总经理助理

岗位职责:

1、收集各种与公司业务有关的行业信息、数据、情报,监测竞争对手的动态,为总经理决策提供参考、建议;

2、协助总经理进行对外事务联络,协调与行业管理机构、协会及其他单位的关系;

3、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况;

4、协助总经理进行客户接待、公关等工作,为总经理安排会客、签约、会议等工作的准备相关事宜;

5、在授权范围内协助总经理进行商务谈判,做好各项汇报、联络工作;

6、妥善安排接待总经理的重要客人,协助有关部门做好来宾的接待工作;

7、为总经理提供日程管理,为总经理接见访客做好预约工作,同总经理出差;

Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strictly implement the cash management system provided by the company, follow the financial reimbursement approval system, and manage the company's deposits, cash, checks, invoices, securities, and financial seals;
  • Carefully review the original receipts and various vouchers, handle bank deposits, cash, foreign exchange, and other income and expenditure settlement tasks;
  • Prepare income and expenditure accounting forms, register bank deposits and cash journals, and achieve daily and monthly settlements, which are consistent with general ledger verification and account verification;
  • Master the deposit balance, avoid overdue payments, reconcile the account with the bank in time, make a reconciliation sheet, and solve the outstanding account balance;
  • Provide information on financial requests on time, and carefully plan the use of deposits and cash based on availability;
  • Handle daily employees’ reimbursements;
  • Compile weekly cash reports, monthly reports and cash flow statements according to company requirements, and compile statistical reports.

Purchasing department Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and maintain the companies relationship with suppliers
  • Research potential supplier according to the departments purchase plans
  • Organize daily work report and purchase plan
  • Answer office calls and reply to business emails
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

  • Reports directly to the company’s chief exclusive officer of property management regarding  the property management of one specific building which includes personnel management, supply management, security management etc.
  • Outstanding external communication skills, and decent social relations. Responsible for the maintaining the company’s relationship with Philippines government agencies and process of certificates/licenses,which includes dealing with the BRGY offices, city halls, NBI,bureau of immigration , police department and other government agencies, and maintaining the building. Property safety; familiar with the requirements and procedures of government agencies.
  • capable of solving unexpected problems and handling emergency situations.
  • willing to work overtime: responds immediately to emergency duty calls regardless of time and location.
