　　值此五一国际劳动节到来之际，华臣集团向所有在一线勤恳工作的同仁们致以诚挚的节日问候。对劳动的崇尚是我们文化里重要的部分，辛勤劳动就是对工作的热爱，对事业的投入，是一种拼搏进取的精神。我们都希望自己事业蒸蒸日盛，拥有更加美好的生活，而“劳动”是这份梦想最坚实的依托。这个节日是在提醒我们不忘初心以及应该坚持什么。人间万事出艰辛，不管是你的明天，还是华臣的明天都必须靠不懈的奋斗来创造。

　　时至今日，菲律宾疫情环境依然严峻，其公共管理与社会发展都面临着严峻挑战，这也给经济复苏带来了许多不确定因素，面对这样的大环境我们不能没有危机意识。虽然华臣业务的发展依然势头强劲，各业务板块也成长迅速，但我们的发展道路当然不会一帆风顺，尤其在疫情期间我们面临着更多挑战。因此，更应未雨绸缪，随时做好准备，以积极的态度应对环境变化，随时面对可能的突发挑战。这就需要我们把心拧在一起，用“忠诚、担当、诚实、有为”的价值观携手前进，也就是用敬重的态度对待自己的岗位，敢于承担，内诚于心、外信于人，并且精勤不倦，在面对苦事、难事时能迎头而上。

This holiday is to remind us to never forget why we started and what we should stick to. Everything in the world is difficult, we must rely on unremitting struggle to create whether it is your future or Huachen's.

It’s because of your hard work that Huachen Group can make the achievements today just within two years. From the international trade business to real estate investment, from catering and entertainment business to decoration projects, Huachen has now developed eight core businesses. The pandemic situation in the Philippines is still not improving, and its public management and social development are facing severe challenges. This has also brought many uncertainties to the economic recovery. We all should have crisis awareness in such an environment. Although the development of Huachen’s business is still strong, and all business parts are growing rapidly, our development will certainly not be smooth, especially during the pandemic with more challenges. Therefore, we should prepare for trouble with positive attitude. It requires us to stand together with the values of Loyalty, Responsibility, Honesty, and Promising. That means commitment and passion towards our work, to be diligent and never give up and the willingness to take up challenges in order to achieve great success.

It's Labor Day on May 1st, thank you all the colleagues again. We salute everyone who works hard! In Huachen everyone is working all year round.
